We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, to process inquiries or to fulfill contractual or pre-contractual measures.

Purpose: Processing and answering the request.

- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication)
Storage duration: until the final processing of your request; beyond that only if there are legal retention periods.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), if embeddings are only loaded after consent, otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in attractive presentation) - depending on the technical implementation.
8. recipient / processor
We may use service providers to provide our website and services (e.g. hosting, email, analytics, newsletter). These process data on our behalf as Processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR or as an independent controller (depending on the service).
9. data transfer to third countries
As the responsible party is based in the United Arab Emirates and, depending on the service provider, other recipients may be located outside the EU/EEA, data may be transferred to Third countries take place.
Where necessary, we ensure that suitable guarantees for an adequate level of data protection exist (e.g. standard contractual clauses, additional protective measures) or that a legal exception applies.

The provision of personal data is generally not required by law or contract. In individual cases, it may be necessary in order to process inquiries or initiate/fulfil contracts. Without this data, it may not be possible to provide the respective service.

One Automated decision making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR does not take place - unless expressly stated otherwise in individual services.
